When your vehicle cannot continue
A mechanical problem, overheating, electrical failure, damaged tire, or other issue can leave a vehicle unable to move safely. Breakdown towing provides transportation after the vehicle has been moved to a safe, accessible pickup position whenever possible.
Explain what happened and whether the vehicle starts, rolls, steers, or has damaged wheels. Accurate information helps identify loading needs before a tow is accepted.
Information to share by phone
- Your precise location and a safe callback point
- Vehicle year, make, model, and approximate size
- Whether the vehicle can roll, steer, and shift into neutral
- Visible damage, low-clearance parts, or access restrictions
- The repair facility or destination you selected
Choose a destination first
Have the destination name and address ready before requesting dispatch. If the destination is a repair facility, confirm its hours and vehicle drop-off process directly with that facility.
Safety at the pickup location
Do not stand in moving traffic or attempt repairs in an unsafe position. Follow instructions from police, roadway personnel, property management, or the towing provider when they apply.
